Refund & Cancellation
All sales final — and the exceptions
The rule
New Parent Command Center™ is a digital product delivered instantly. All sales are final once access is delivered, except where the law requires otherwise and except in the cases listed below.
When we refund
We refund, on request to watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com from your purchase email:
- Duplicate charge. Charged twice for the same thing. We refund the duplicate.
- Non-delivery. You paid and never received access.
- A defect we can't fix. Something is broken in a way that stops you using what you paid for, and we can't resolve it in a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized transaction verified by the payment provider.
- Anywhere mandatory consumer law requires it. Statutory rights — including EU and UK withdrawal rights and any state law that gives you a refund right — apply regardless of anything else on this page, and they win.
When we don't
- You changed your mind after using it.
- You forgot to cancel before renewal. Cancel first, and it won't happen again.
- You want the unused part of a period back. Cancelling stops the next charge; it doesn't refund the current period, unless the law says otherwise.
- You lost records because your browser data was cleared. We warn about this at first launch, in Privacy, in Safety, and on the You screen, and we give you an export. We hold no copy and cannot recover anything.
- It didn't do something it never claimed to do. The app is an organizing tool. It doesn't fix sleep, guarantee outcomes, or give medical advice, and it doesn't say it does.
Talk to us before your bank
If something's wrong, email watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com first. We'd rather fix it in a day than fight a chargeback for a month, and you'll get a faster answer. Include your purchase email and what happened.
How long
We reply to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method and typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling
Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops future billing and is always available through your payment provider account — see Subscription Terms.
